Comments
Broadband optical constants of monolayer MoS2 on SiO2/Si substrate were measured by spectroscopic ellipsometry in the spectral range 290–3300 nm. Tauc-Lorentz oscillators were used in ellipsometry model to describe the optical response of excitons.
